How to Take a Black Cohosh Tincture

  1. Shake the bottle gently before each use.
  2. A full dropper = approx. 1 mL (20–30 drops)=1 squeeze (1/3-1/2 of the glass tube)
  3. Take it under the tongue or dilute in a little water or tea if the taste is strong.

General Dosage Suggestions

For Menopause Support (hot flashes, mood, sleep, etc.):

  • 1-2 full droppers (1-2 mL)
  • 1 to 3 times per day, depending on severity of symptoms
