Return Policy

At Bea’s Tea Shoppe, I take pride in the quality and care of every product I make.

-Personal items such as tinctures, teas, and body balms cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

-Shirts and gift items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition they were received. Items that smell of smoke or pets or have been used will not be eligible for a refund.

-If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me at beasteashoppe@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Return Items

1. Email beasteashoppe@gmail.com to request a return. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but these will be reimbursed once I receive the item in the same condition it was sent. You will be asked to send a copy of the shipping receipt.

3. After I receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method.
