Bea’s Dandelion Detox Tea
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping Tablespoon (add more or less depending on how strong you like your flavor to be) and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Tea steepers and tea bags are available in my store as well.
This blend contains some amazing herbs and roots that are known to help flush your liver and kidneys. For detox benefits, I recommend drinking 2-3 cups each day for 2 weeks with 1 week off. Repeating as often as you'd like. Of course, you do not have to use this tea strictly for your health. It's a wonderfully tasting tea you can just enjoy whenever you'd like.
While the above directions are perfectly fine to follow, I prefer to steep this tea over night in a half gallon mason jar. I simply add my blend to the jar and fill with boiling water using the same ratio as above. Once it cools a bit, I stick it in the fridge and strain the following morning. This makes for a delicious iced tea to sip on throughout the day.
Contains: Dandelion Root, Dandelion Leaf, Nettle, Burdock Root, Ginger, Peppermint, Orange Peel, Fennel Seed and Stevia Leaf. All Ingredients are Organic
I blend all of my herbal teas myself using all organic ingredients. I personally enjoy a cup of tea from each batch to make sure it’s perfect.
Herbal Teas are such an amazing alternative to coffee or sodas. They are so healthy and can help many ailments. Most of my teas are delicious hot or cold. I love herbal tea over ice!
I always encourage my customers to do your own research on each herb, flower or root in the ingredients list. You can learn so much about how it can help your body.
While herbal teas are considered generally safe, please ask your Dr. Before consuming if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on any medications. Some herbs can alter the effectiveness of medications.
