Dandelion Detox

Ingredients:
Organic Dandelion Root, Dandelion Leaf, Nettle, Burdock Root, Ginger, Peppermint, Orange Peel, Fennel Seed, and Stevia Leaf.

Brewing Instructions:
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea (adjust to taste) and steep for 10–15 minutes. Tea steepers and disposable tea bags are available in my shop for your convenience.

This nourishing blend features a combination of herbs and roots traditionally used to support gentle detoxification of the liver and kidneys. For detox benefits, enjoy 2–3 cups daily for two weeks, followed by a one-week break. You can repeat this cycle as often as you’d like. Of course, you don’t have to use this tea solely for its health benefits—it’s a wonderfully flavorful tea that can be enjoyed any time.

One of my favorite ways to brew this blend is as a cold infusion: I add the tea to a half-gallon mason jar using the same ratio as above, fill it with boiling water, and allow it to cool before placing it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I strain it and sip on it throughout the day as a refreshing iced tea.

I hand-blend every batch using only organic ingredients and personally taste each one to ensure it’s just right.
