Sunshine Tea

Sunshine Tea

Contains: Black Tea, Hibiscus Flowers, Calendula, Lavender, Orange Peels & Stevia Leaves

Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping Tablespoon (add more or less depending on how strong you like your flavor to be) and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Tea steepers and tea bags are available in my store as well.

This is a wonderful blend that is very uplifting. It has a slightly tart, floral flavor, lightly caffeinated and sweetened with stevia leaves. It is excellent hot or cold. This is the perfect tea to pour over ice and enjoy while front porch sitting on a hot summer afternoon. It's also great for your skin!

The above directions are perfectly fine to follow, I prefer to steep this tea for several hours in a half gallon mason jar. I simply add my blend to the jar and fill with boiling water using the same ratio as above. Once cool, I strain and stick in fridge overnight. This makes for a delicious iced tea to sip throughout the day.

I blend all of my herbal teas myself using all organic ingredients. I personally enjoy a cup of tea from each batch to make sure it’s perfect.

Herbal Teas are such an amazing alternative to coffee or sodas. They are so healthy and can help many ailments.

While herbal teas are generally safe, I always encourage my customers to do your own research on each herb, flower or root in the ingredients list. You can learn so much about how it can help your body. For a more detailed description of each herb please click the green 'Herb Information' button on the home page of this website. WebMD also has some very useful information regarding interactions between herbs and other medications.

Please ask your Dr. before consuming if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on any medications. Some herbs can alter the effectiveness of medications.
