However, Bea’s Tea Shoppe is not responsible for items that are exposed to extreme heat or left in direct sunlight during transit. Body balm bars are made with natural oils and waxes and can begin to soften or melt at temperatures above 90°F (32°C).To help protect your products, any order containing body balm bars will only be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays, reducing the chance of exposure to warm weather. I recommend receiving packages promptly and storing products in a cool, dry place

Due to the raw and artisanal nature of my tallow, slight variations in color or small botanical particles or may be present. This does not affect the quality or purity of your bar. Each bar is hand-poured and hand-finished in small batches. While I maintain a sterile environment, the nature of a truly handcrafted product means you also might occasionally find a stray fiber from my tactile finishing process.
