How to Take Rosemary Tincture

  1. Shake the bottle gently before each use.
  2. One full dropper = approx. 1 mL (20–30 drops) =1 squeeze (1/3-1/2 of the glass tube)
  3. Take under the tongue for quick effect or mix into water, juice, or tea if the taste is strong.

General Dosage Suggestions

For Mental Clarity, Focus, or Energy:

  • 1-2 droppers (1-2 mL)
  • Take 1–3 times per day as needed
