I recommend taking this this tincture as soon as you notice cold or flu symptoms and continue taking it until symptoms are gone. Echinacea can help reduce your illness by 3-4 days. Have a cough? Take this tincture along with my Mullein and Marshmallow Tincture for best results.

Please consult your Dr if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on any medications. Some herbs can alter the effectiveness of medications.
