Cinnamon Oat Tea
Ingredients:
Organic Nettle Leaf, Peppermint, Horsetail, Oatstraw, Calendula, Ginger, Cinnamon, and Stevia Leaves.
Brewing Instructions:
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea (adjust to taste) and steep for 10–15 minutes. Tea steepers and disposable tea bags are available in my store if you need them!
This refreshing and earthy blend combines mineral-rich herbs with a hint of spice and sweetness. Nettle, horsetail, and oatstraw are known to support hair, skin, nails, and bones, while calendula adds a soothing floral note. Peppermint and ginger give it a gentle, invigorating lift, and cinnamon adds a cozy, comforting warmth. Whether you're sipping for wellness or simply enjoying a flavorful cup, this blend is a lovely addition to your daily routine.
I handcraft all of my herbal teas using only organic ingredients. Each batch is carefully blended, and I personally enjoy a cup to ensure it’s just right before it goes out to you.
