Cinnamon Chai
Ingredients:
Peppermint, Ginger, Cardamom Pods, Chickory Root, Pink Peppercorns, Star Anise, Cloves, Cinnamon, and Stevia Leaf.
Brewing Instructions:
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea (adjust to taste) and steep for 10–15 minutes. Tea steepers and disposable tea bags are available in my store if you need them!
This cozy herbal chai is full of warm, comforting spices. Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and star anise give it that classic chai flavor, while ginger and pink peppercorns add a gentle warmth that makes each cup feel extra comforting. Chickory root brings a smooth, earthy depth, and peppermint adds just a touch of freshness to balance the blend. A little stevia leaf provides a light natural sweetness without overpowering the spices.
It’s a wonderful tea for slow mornings, chilly evenings, or anytime you want something warm and flavorful in your cup.
I handcraft all of my herbal teas using only organic ingredients. Each batch is carefully blended, and I personally enjoy a cup to make sure it’s just right before it goes out to you.
