1 ounce/approx 20 Teaspoons
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1-3 tsp (depending on how strong you like your flavor to be) and let steep for 15 minutes. Tea steepers and tea bags are available in my store as well.
Do you ever have those days where everything just seems to be going wrong even if nothing really is? You're stressed, you're anxious, your heart just won't calm down and you don't know why. Yeah, me too. So I worked extra hard on this tea. I wanted something to help calm my mind and my heart. Take a deep breath. It's going to be ok. Even if you don't feel like doing anything at all right now, go ahead and get this tea steeping. While it's steeping get you some comfy clothes on. Now sit in your favorite chair, sip on your tea, relax your mind and let your worries slip away. There are some herbs in this tea that will help your body relax and possibly make you a little drowsy. Please don't drink this tea before driving.
Contains: Oatstraw, Passion Flower, Skullcap, California Poppy, Lemon Balm, Hibiscus Flower, Calendula & Stevia Leaf. All Ingredients are Organic
I blend all of my herbal teas myself using all organic ingredients. I personally enjoy a cup of tea from each batch to make sure it’s perfect.
