Chill Out Tea

Ingredients:
Organic Oatstraw, Passion Flower, Skullcap, California Poppy, Lemon Balm, Hibiscus Flower, Calendula, and Stevia Leaf.

Brewing Instructions:
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea (adjust to taste) and steep for 10–15 minutes. Tea steepers and disposable tea bags are available in my shop for your convenience.

Ever have one of those days where nothing’s really wrong, but everything feels off? Your mind won’t settle, your heart feels restless, and stress is just... there. I know that feeling all too well. That’s why I created this special blend—something that could help bring peace back to my mind and body.

So here’s what I want you to do: go ahead and start steeping this tea. While it brews, slip into your comfiest clothes, find your favorite quiet corner, and breathe. Sip slowly. Let the calming herbs in this blend gently soothe your nervous system and help your heart exhale. Some of these herbs are known for their deeply relaxing properties and may even make you feel a little drowsy—so please don’t drink this one before driving.

As always, I hand-blend each batch using only organic ingredients, and I personally enjoy a cup from every batch to ensure it’s just right.

Herbal teas are a wonderful alternative to coffee or soda—natural, nourishing, and comforting for the body and soul.
