3 Prong Folders with Pockets

I provide these simple 3-ring paper folders with pockets because they help my ladies stay organized during each Bible study. We use a different folder for every study, and labels are included when you purchase the study from me, so the front of the folder is easy to identify. I buy these in bulk, and the small fee I ask for each study helps cover the cost. They’re a practical way to make studying and staying organized much easier.

Loose Leaf Paper
I provide loose leaf paper for my ladies so they can take notes freely during our Bible studies. I always have plenty available, so they can add as much as they want to their 3-ring folders. They can use it to write down prayer requests, important insights, or anything else that’s on their heart, whatever helps them get the most out of our study time.

Printer Paper
If you’re printing the Bible studies for your group, you’re going to go through quite a bit of paper. I’m all about saving money and buying in bulk when it makes sense, so I’ve linked a great option for printer paper on Amazon. It’s good quality, a great deal, and you can choose the amount that works best for your needs — whether you need just a little or a whole lot.

Printer
When I first started out, I had a simple printer that took FOREVER to print all the study pages. After one too many long print sessions, I decided to splurge. I spent hours reading reviews and finally chose the Brother MFC-J5855DW, and it has truly made my life easier.
I use it for Bible studies, church office work, business paperwork, and even greeting cards and labels. No more waiting around. It’s fast, holds a lot of paper (no more refilling every few minutes), and the ink lasts so much longer than my old printer.
Before this printer, I was spending about $45 a month on ink. I’m now on month four and have only replaced the black ink once — and I print quite a few color flyers and labels. The other colors are still going strong. I also found a reliable off-brand ink option that I’ll link as well.
There’s also an app for this printer that allows you to print straight from your phone, scan documents directly to your phone, and keep track of your ink levels. It’s incredibly convenient and makes everything even easier to manage.
This printer has been a money saver, a time saver, and honestly… a sanity saver.

Off Brand Ink for Brother Printer
This is the off-brand ink I use for my Brother printer. I’ve found it to be much less expensive, and in my opinion, it works just as well as the name brand. The only difference is that your printer may not accurately track the ink levels with these cartridges, so you’ll just want to keep an eye on it. I’ve also linked the Brother brand ink below in case you prefer to stick with that.

Ink Pens
This link will take you to my all-time favorite writing utensil. I absolutely love Pilot G-2 pens. They are a little on the pricey side, but if you buy them in bulk and include the cost in your study fee, they are definitely worth it. I like to have pens available for my ladies because sometimes, as women, we show up a little unprepared. I try to make sure everything they need is already there so they don’t have to stress about a single thing during our study.

3 Hole Punch
This low-effort hole punch is a must-have if you’re using the 3-prong folders. It makes adding your study pages quick and easy, and it doesn’t require a lot of hand strength, which I really appreciate when I'm punching a big stack of papers. Truly, any hole punch will do the job, but I like this one because it’s simple to use and makes the whole process feel effortless and smooth.
